BEWARE AND STAY OUT / RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE STYLIST
Where do I begin!!!!! Many things happened to me here, but the most CRAZY thing was that I overheard my stylist taking about “he said hi to a customer so he can give him a tip!!” And the other stylist says “ I didn’t expect him to tip!”
Basically two stylist had a full on conversation about a customer and his tipping and how they’re just cosying up to him for the tips. Absolutely ridiculous should’ve left then.
But no, I stayed and wanted highlights. They said they could do what I wanted. My stylist was the most ignorant stylist I’ve ever met in my entire life. He had no idea what he was doing. NONE whatsoever. He bleached my hair. Did not check on my hair for a full hour. He then wanted another round of bleach, but I was not feeling ok after seeing how he didn’t even check the health of my hair. He washed the bleach out, no conditioning, then BLOWDRIED my hair. If you know a thing or two about bleaching, this is such a horrible thing to do.
He then said to me I MUST bleach again. I can’t even opt for a dark color (???) Now here is where I was like, this guy is absolutely clueless, they must’ve just grabbed him from the street.
He keeps pressuring me to bleach again and is not letting me even get a dark color to not risk my hair getting fried. So I bleach again, not happy about it, but we move, he then leaves me for a further 40 minutes, and tries to apply steam to bleached hair….on the second round. He tried to come again and gaslight me into believing that if hair is not damaged by first bleach, it’ll be fine by the second. He obviously doesn’t know anything about hair. He also told me to my face that he does not need to come and check my hair during bleach. I was getting really pissed now cause he’s just being a snob.
He further washes me hair and then applies the dye (the dye I wanted wasn’t available and they told me AFTER bleaching even though I asked him for the catalogue first). The dye comes out horribly, my hair is fried, and the color is patchy. He tried to gaslight me AGAIN that I needed a second dye applied. I stand my ground and say no. This man is aggressive and rude and just horrible. He’s the Syrian guy with a massive bald spot. He also tried to switch up what I told him I wanted in front of the receptionist to show that he was in the right. He also said I’m not letting him do his job , which to him I think is just frying my hair and ruining it. He was also very aggressive, pulling my hair like it was nothing.
I ask to call the receptionist who I booked the appointment with ( the only saving grace in this situation ) to work this issue out. He assured me that the stylist was experienced, which was not true. Keep in mind, not once did they condition my hair. The stylist I had tried to gaslight me many times, and was aggressive till I left, still not admitting he was not wrong. He also basically tried to make me say that he didn’t force me to bleach again. Which is not true. He also told me to my face, you’re trying to tell me to do my job, which he’s doing very badly, just ask Google, you’ll see how wrong you are, and Ignorant you’re being. He didn’t even know what a toner was. I can’t believe I’ve experienced such a person who confidently messes hair. I don’t know why they give people like him a job.
If I can give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT COME HERE for any dyes or any colours they are...

The establishment is professional. The parking is a little tight. At times, my barber spoke to another barber while working on me.
100 SAR for a haircut, a rinse, nose and nostril wax.
Cut was fine, don't know why the guy didn't use more of his clipper. For example, the back of my hair is fluffy and a bit too long.
I wanted a LOT MORE beard cut off, but the guy seemingly didn't understand any English. One other barber explained to my barber that I wanted a thin beard, very short. Obviously, my barber understood the Arabic, but he just left my beard a lot longer than I wanted.
All around the place is fine, but I expected more...
