Spazio Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

First of all I would like to say today it was the worst experience in a fine dining restaurant regardless the nice vibe and food . The waiter did not write down our order and bought us a wrong soup . I called to fix my order but I was surprised that he is mistaken me ! I had to insist to have my order replaced and fixed ! We had our main course but the waiter didn’t take our soup bowl and left it in the table , so had to call the waiter again to clear our table for the next course. The way the waiter is serving us was way below any restaurant stander I’ve ever been to. When the check came in I asked the waiter to validate our parking tickets in two cars because if you pays over 300 SAR the parking will be free and we came in in two cars , he refused to validated the second car !!! I asked him to call the manager and his response was WE DONT HAVE A MANAGER HERE ,, this attitude was beyond obsequiousness . I refused to pay the check until I speak to the manger . Shockingly ,, the manager way even worse than the waiter and stood up for the waiter against the customer. I complained about the whole experience and told him this experience will be reviewed in google , the manager response was , my pleasure go ahead and rate us as you wish !!!

We decided yo celebrate our anniversary and went there. Expectations were really high as everyone in town was talking about this place. What a mistake, it wasn’t the worth at all. Highly disappointed with food. Just ordinary normal food with no special platting or taste. This place is going down, they surely need to refurbish this. Ordered lobster Risotto which was all soaked in cheese (too cheesy) and was a mess, surprisingly there were only 2 tiny pieces of lobster. I ordered the best and most expensive dish from menu, advised by them and it was an ordinary sauté fish. Supposed to serve king fish but I was given hammor which had bad smell.
