كاريبو كوفي - Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

The best café house from Carabu Coffee that I've been to in Riyadh.

Ambiance here is paid for at top dollar. Lots of nooks with different kinds of artwork make you feel there are several livingroom spaces (American and Canadian style). My favorite is the space with a little fireplace.

This Carabu Coffee is the only one that I've been to that has a Lemon Mono Cake, 15 SAR.

The service is excellent. First of all, this location is 24 hours! Then there's Robert, the night shift barista, he will do the Mango Colada with more mango flavor, less ice, etc., this is the only location I've gotten this kind of service.

To top it all off, this location is connected to the Olaya Mall.

Usually I would not mind this cafe, and I do, in fact, enjoy their options and tastes. This one was off the mark, however. I wanted a hot mocha. No can do. OK. Hot ANYTHING. No can do. Only cold drinks. Way I see it, if you can’t represent your quality to its fullest, close the doors and wait until your machine is fixed. This was open out of greed. The employees should either get a day off or help another shop with their shifts, but if you can’t serve hot coffee, why are you wasting electricity (this is a specific statement meant to address waste in general -my time in walking in to discover nothing I like is available, waste of time and energy of the employees, and, finally, waste of...

I was very disappointed with the cappuccino I ordered — it had no coffee flavor at all, and the milk had an unpleasant taste. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. For a branch located in such a prime location, right in front of Kingdom Tower, and in a country positioning itself as a top global destination, I expected a much higher standard of both product quality and customer service.
