first of all, Manger and staff were very nice and good. i went there for my 6th anniversary but i didnt plan for anything or any special party.i just mentioned to the manager that it is my 6th anniversary and in the end he surprised us with date cupcake with a candel as a compliment from the restaurant.😍😍 we go as 4 persons we order crab and salamon skin salad 10/10 bonzai sushi 10/10 crazy bunzai 8/10 nigiri one piece from each kind 8/10 then BBQ combo tenderlion beef 10/10 chopotli chicken 8/10 garlic shrimp 9/10 Angus yaki ramen 10/10 miso ramen with shrimp tampora 4/10 (maybe it is my opinion cuz i nerver try miso ramen but i didnt like) yakimishe fried rice with chicken 10/10

I visited Bonzai in Ithra-Dharhan twice and I don't think there will be a third time.

Cons: 1- The yakiniku was good but not the best I had and slightly overpriced compared to other places. 2- The service is very slow. 3- We ordered many appetisers and many of them arrived after the main course. And they weren't very delicious nor special. Slightly over priced. 4- The cooked nigiri or as its called in the menu the Bonzai Nigiri they weren'tto our liking, we ordered 3 dishes and we couldn't complete any of them even though they are only 2 pieces a dish.

Pros: 1- On the contrary, the original nigiri, raw nigiri, was the best I had in Saudi. 2- One of our orders were forgotten so they gave it to us free of charge. 3- For the dishes that we couldn't complete they offered to take it of the bill but we insisted on paying them. 4- The salad is so delicious.

So in summary, Original Nigiri is the only thing that will make me visit this restaurant again and the customer service.
