Hands down one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had in Riyadh! I came in wanting curtain bangs and layers, and I was honestly blown away by how professional, kind, and attentive my hairstylist ilhama was. She truly has such a warm, calming presence and took her time listening to what I wanted during the consultation. She didn’t just follow blindly, she suggested what would suit my hair texture and face shape best, and the result is PERFECTION. Even though my hair is naturally curly, thin at the front, and a bit damaged at the ends, ilhama still managed to give me soft layers and the most flattering curtain bangs that work beautifully with both curly and straight styles. She kept as much length as possible, added gorgeous volume and movement, it seriously takes pure talent to do that. Throughout the process, she made sure I was happy with every step, patiently answered all my questions (even the ones that weren’t part of the service like what hair color suits my cool undertone and haircuts for heart-shaped face 😅), and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. The blowout she did at the end was stunning, super quick, no excessive heat (which I really appreciated because my scalp is sensitive), and left my hair looking bouncy and healthy. I even asked for heat protection and she used one of the best products i personally use myself which is Color WOW Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer. You know a salon is top tier when they use great quality products. Special thanks to the lovely lady who washed my hair as well, she was incredibly gentle and sweet, and made the whole experience feel so soothing. And also big appreciation to the kind Filipina staff member who brought me my warm water bottle when I needed it, such a helpful gesture that really meant a lot. Big shoutout as well to Faiza and the amazing ladies at the front desk, they greeted me with genuine warmth and smiles, made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything, and scheduled my appointments smoothly and efficiently. Despite the long ride since the salon is really far away from my home but it is now my go-to. Professionalism, kindness, and amazing vibes all around, plus coffee and drinks while you’re being pampered? 10/10...

I had the Inova treatment done and after spending over 45minutes with the mask on my hair I hadn’t noticed the least bit of difference in my hair. Immediately after washing I expected silky soft hair (as that’s what EVERYONE even the influencer who markets the salon raves about) and yet my hair was not any different than before. I asked the stylist where is the product from and she had no idea, considering that this product is the most requested….you should be very knowledgable about it! She had no idea that it was an American brand. I researched about Inova hair products and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s an overpriced conditioner just like any other brand. It doesn’t compare to other professional brands. I realised after my first experience that this salon isn’t any different than the rest. The interior is very cheap looking by the way with cement benches and grayscale colours. Very unwelcoming colours! And yet their prices are outrageously high (as I paid 850 for the conditioning mask). I’ve been to so many salons from Beverly Hills to London, and The Hair is no where near their standards. Go try Frederick Fekkai products. They’re amazing unlike this rubbish brand! Just an unpleasant event that I went for a trim and the hair dresser spoke Arabic . I do communicate in Arabic but just basic . She asked me something about the length in her strong Arabic accent . I asked twice if it’s about the length. She said yes , so I told her to go ahead, I am not finicky about the length . She didn’t mention anything about doubling the price . When I went to the reception, I was asked to pay double . I was shocked , and was told oh because now you changed the style . I was surprised because she showed me the length and I said yes - how did she twist it to my consent to agreeing for a different haircut . It was still a VERY BASIC trim .
