I was initially skeptical about immediate results from a single session but still went for the trial anyway. As it was my first time doing facial correction, Kate from the Orchard outlet kindly explained how the treatment would be like. She also made sure that I was warm before starting with the shoulder, neck and head massage.

Facial asymmetry has always been my complex but I did not get my hopes high on the non-invasive treatment. I expected the face massage to be very painful but surprisingly it was bearable. Kate would also ask me if there was any discomfort during the massage. After the session, I felt refreshed and the tension in my neck and shoulders was relieved. There was no hard selling and I did not feel pressured to sign up for a package on the same day. I had a good sleep that night and no soreness the following day, and I was sold.

With a few sessions, my face looks more balanced and I could feel a difference in my blood circulation. I also have fewer migraines, stiff neck and less grinding of teeth. Have been visiting Facia Ginza before the pandemic started in 2020. Tried about 6 different therapists at both Clarke Quay Central and Delfi branches throughout these years for small face massages and facial. All therapists are very experienced, while some are more attentive and meticulous than others.

Small face massages helped in relieving the puffiness in my face and eyes. Also in alleviating my stiff shoulders and sore neck from prolonged desk bound work. For first timers, the pain score could be as high as 8/10. As i have visited Facia Ginza for almost 20x now, the pain is bearable. I am a firm believer that if there’s no pain, there will be no gain!

For facial, we get to choose from hydrating, whitening and pore care. I would usually go with the therapists’ recommendation, depending on my skin condition on that day. I like it that they do not do extraction and I can leave the session without any redness...

I’ve been coming to Facia Ginza Orchard Delfi to do their small face signature and so far it’s been a really great experience working with the team here. Initially I only wanted to go for a trial as I have issues for my uneven face contour, but after one trial I’m sold. As it really worked on helping me to contour the unevenness, I immediately ask for a package from the therapist. The team at Facia Ginza Orchard were never pushy, instead I was the one who initiated to go for a package since the results are pretty obvious.
