Visited on 12 Sep, 2pm. Was greeted by a rude Chinese female staff (with glasses) informed me “…until 4.10pm, if not you have to PAY extra”using a loud hostile tone. Been here a few times, but it’s my first time getting such a hostile reminder. Usually the staff will say that politely using appropriate words.

I would like to compliment 2 Malay female staff - sorry was too occupied to ask for their names. 1 - a maid and a boy with special needs came in and he was spitting around a few times, the maid tried to clean it off but at the same time she needed to follow the boy whom was running around like sonic dash. This staff quickly cleaned the saliva off and checked in with the maid politely to see if she needs any help 👍🏻 really nice

2 - another staff noticed my boy was crying and offered him a packet of cereal 👍🏻 very attentive

My 8-year-old especially loved the obstacle courses and slides that kept her busy for hours. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring safety protocols were followed, which gave parents peace of mind. It’s also nice to have comfortable seating areas for adults, so we could relax while keeping an eye on the kids.
