Thanks to the coaches, I have really become so much stronger over the years. Itโs amazing how I am now lifting heavier than I did 10 years ago. Though Crossfit may seem daunting as a sport to newbies, the coaches are able to ease you in. This is the place where showing up is mentally tough but if you do, you are gold.
For anyone looking to start Crossfit or wanting an excellent exercise experience with a good mix of high intensity, volume and movement variation, you should really come to the Hub.
Oh and another indicator of how committed the coaches are to the membersโ wellness - they are mostly if not always open, even on public holiday!...

The -: classes are supposed to run for 1h but finishes most of the time in 45min. I love Hubโs programming in the sense that it trains every muscle group. With just less than a year of training, I managed to achieve 5 strict pull-ups, assisted handstand walk, kipping toes to bar and double unders. All these were unattainable even when I was at my fittest pre-pregnancy!
