Extremely Disappointed with the Experience at D'Marquee
Attended an event recently at D'Marquee with around 800 people, out of which nearly 50% were travelers from India. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations for a venue meant to host large gatherings.
The food quality was subpar and poorly managed. The most basic items, like the fruit counter, were not even refilled once they ran out — unacceptable for a crowd of this size. Even worse was the attitude of the staff, who were shockingly rude and unhelpful. For a hospitality venue, courtesy and attentiveness should be a given, not a luxury.
Toilets were another major issue — they were not cleaned or maintained properly during the event, and there seemed to be little to no supervision from the management team throughout.
With a venue like this, one expects a certain standard of service and hospitality, especially when catering to an international crowd. Sadly, D'Marquee failed on all these fronts. Would not recommend for large-scale events unless serious...

As the location of the VR, robots and dinosaur rides were out from the inflatable playground site, we didn't know that it is included in the 100 mins playtime.
We are thankful that one of the staff, Kenn, was understanding and let us have a go on the dinosaur ride (though we were looking forward to the VR).
