Gifts Greetings — Local services in Singapore

Today I bought a box from them, intending to do up my own diy hamper. After I got all the ingredients, I thought to have it wrapped.. so I headed back to Gift Greetings. Actually when I was in the store, they even gave me some space to assemble the hamper when I asked 😅

Then when I asked if I can have the hamper plastic wrapped, Liyun attended to me and without hesitation said yes. Then I got two rolls of clear plastic wrap and Liyun with a smile, proceeded to meticulously wrap the hamper.. it was done very fast and with so much care!! She even added a nice ribbon for me at the top! I was so impressed. The hamper turned out to be exactly what I wanted it to look like. Just look at the pictures!

Special thanks to Liyun for providing great customer service. She never said no, but she was eager to help. This is so rarely seen in customer service nowadays.

Kudos to her and the team for welcoming me! Will surely come back for gift wrapping...

There is fundamentally something wrong with the female staff at Gifts Greetings, Serangoon Nex. They follow us customers like we are thieves & make us feel so uncomfortable. We are paying customers, you think you are giving us blind boxes for free? Either you guys do something about your people at Serangoon Nex or good luck, I have a few friends who told me about their experience...
