I'm super thankful to have Bronson as my PT! I'm someone who has decent experience in the gym, but I still lack the confidence at the gym, so I have been avoiding bench pressing and deadlifting for the longest of time. I wanted to gain confidence to do so + reach my new fitness goals to turn into a muscle mummy(!!), although I'm just 10% of the way there, I feel like a completely different person after a few weeks of training. I really look forward to each training session, as it's really challenging and I love to see the strength improvements each week. Each session is akin to working out with a gym bestie! I really appreciate that he knows how much he can push me, and we almost always end up breaking my personal records every week. I couldn't have done it on my own, I would probably still be stuck doing the same weights for weeks.. I'm super thankful for his patience and guidance on correcting me on my form and for instilling confidence in my strength. Bronson also focuses on self-love and body positivity and encourages me when I'm not feeling the best about myself. Fitness is not just a journey about how we look, but how we feel about ourselves too. He is very friendly, warm and professional. I cannot recommend him enough 🧚✨

I’ve been training here for over…. 8 years? When I first started I could barely do a push up, now I can carry my 18kg luggage up my narrow-European-Airbnb-spiral-stairs YKWIM?? If you don’t, what I mean is this: training at level makes you strong, in a functional sense, not just looking good but actually feeling it. I especially recommend joining their Strength classes because it pushes you to be better once you’re more confident. Class sizes are capped so you don’t feel like you’re in a market fighting for kettlebells 🙂 Also, thanks to their classes I can now do 4 unassisted pull-ups and even hit my own personal record of climbing a 5M vertical rope at this year’s Spartan Race!!!!!! P.S. big shout out to my trainers ZHENG JIE and FARRAH 🩵🩷💙💜💛 p.p.s. Level often also has other classes tailored specifically for women/seniors. Pic attached is when I brought my dad to the gym for their Fathers Day BYOD event!

Am most glad to have found this HIDDEN GEM and met Farrah the anchor trainer for our sessions. My original goal was to have a sustainable group gym routine that is catered to my fitness level and could be dialed upwards to push my body for fitness and strength endurance, but none of the gyms that I had gone to were good enough until I came to Level. The training method was a mixture of time and repetition dosage. Just like the tagline of OBS, Challenge by Choice - it would be up to us to push our body to the limit with heavier weights or more difficult variations. The instructions and demonstrations were clear and guided coming from Farrah, Phil and at times Hadrian. Farrah and the trainers took the effort to create the community spirit for the group. We Can't ask for more!!! I'm now fitter, healthier and happier! Loving it ...!!!

I have been undergoing personal training with Zheng Jie for the past three months, and I am very happy with the progress I have made. I came into this journey with the goal of building functional strength, particularly because I have been dealing with knee pain since a group fitness exercise three years ago. My physiotherapist recommended focusing on muscle development, but I was quite mindful about my form, as I have had a few minor injuries and strains in the past.

It came to me that I should start proper strength training, and my ensuing research drew me to Zheng Jie, as there were many reviews that praised his focus on proper technique—he has since been living up to this expectation! His attention to detail has been invaluable, ensuring that every movement is executed safely and effectively. Thanks to his guidance, I have seen significant improvements in both my strength and overall functional movement. A recent hiking trip overseas was really a testament to this.

Beyond the technical aspects, Zheng Jie is a pleasure to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with, and always brings a positive energy to our sessions. It is clear he genuinely cares about his clients’ progress, and that makes all the difference.

The gym itself is a great environment to train in—spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located in the Central area, making it easy to get in and get a solid workout done.

I’ve been going to Level’s group strength classes for close to 2 years. I started strength training to prepare for my hiking expedition to Everest Base Camp in 2022.

After adding strength to my exercise routine, not only I build strength and I can lift heavier, my running pace has reduced from 8min/km to 6min/km in six months.

Pros: flexibility of classes: they offer classes in the morning, during lunch, and evening time. Available on both weekdays and weekends. It’s easy to find a slot that can fit my schedule. small group classes: max 7 per class, each trainer gave the students ample amount of attention and guidance. suitable for both beginners and pros: I started with Structure to learn the basics. I slowly progressed to Skill, which is the immediate/advanced strength class. professional and encouraging trainers: Thanks Phil and Hadrian for kickstarting my strength journey, and giving me guidance to improve my strength and form. Thanks Zheng Jie, Farrah, and Louishia for constantly pushing me to expand out of my comfort zone. facilities: good. three shower rooms in Robinson and they’re renovating Telok Ayer branch. Looking forward to the new facilities in TA.

Cons: none. Really like Level and the trainers here.

Highly encourage Level if you’re looking for small group strength classes, with flexible schedule and professional & encouraging trainers.

Training with Farrah has been an incredible experience fueled by energy and enthusiasm. I initially struggled with mobility issues and arm difficulties, but Farrah's focus on helping me regain mobility and build strength, especially considering my low bone density, has been remarkable. Her expertise and guidance have been instrumental in achieving results in phases, gradually conditioning my body for strength training.

With Farrah's guidance, I have progressed to lifting heavier weights, which has boosted my confidence and prepared me for the long overseas hikes that I have been planning for this and next year. Her knowledge, motivation, and excellent guidance have been invaluable, keeping me motivated and pushing me towards my goals in a comfortable yet challenging manner.

I like the flexibility of the classes, allowing me to tailor them to my schedule. I am grateful to Farrah for kickstarting my strength journey and providing ongoing guidance to improve both strength and form. Her feedback and follow-ups on my "homework" ensure that each session builds upon the last, pushing me out of my comfort zone and making me stronger with each step.

I particularly like the setup at Level Singapore – it is not overcrowded and the atmosphere is just right for focused workouts. I highly recommend checking out Level for personal training sessions. Thank you, Farrah, for your dedication...
