Natureland Valley Point — Local services in Singapore

I’ve been visiting Natureland for many years. The quality of the massages are generally ok, and does the job. They’ve recently changed the ginger tea and the quality is not the same as the past.

Most recently I’m disappointed with the gifts you get when topping up your membership account. It has gotten worse over the years. Use to be a bottle of massage oil, then it became ginger tea and now they give trial vouchers for a choice of pico laser (??) or a plate of beef at a bbq place far from town. I opted for pico laser, only to find out that i need to pay $21.80 for a non-refundable reservation fee.

The membership gift is extremely not sincere. I think you’re better of not giving anything as it really looks bad on Natureland and undermines your...

Been a regular customer of Natureland (can see from my other reviews) but I won’t recommend coming to this outlet. I did the foot and shoulders massage with a friend and service isn’t great from the start.

My masseuse, Chris did not check if I was okay throughout the massage (I had to tell him several times to use lesser force) and he wore a watch on his left wrist, which injured my upper arm (near my armpit) when he tried to stretch my back. I gave a sharp cry of pain and he did not even apologise for it (there’s now a red scratch there and it hurts)

After the massage, there wasn’t a proper ‘thank you or goodbye’. We were ‘dismissed’ abruptly.

An unpleasant experience overall. Will never come here again. $64+...

We did the 90min Body Therapy and everything about it was pleasant. Aida & Eva kept a good pace, felt like equal amount of times were given to the entire body.

Aida checked in with me if there were parts that i would like to focus on and everything hit the right spot. She would occasionally check in to ask if i’m too cold / pressure is too hard. Nice touches to the already very good experience.

Room was clean, smelled really nice and I was glad we chose this outlet to pamper ourselves. We will be back! Thanks for the wonderful experience Natureland...
