Went here for the first time today and looked around... Decided to take this lone passenger lift here up to the 2nd floor to see what shops were up there, In the lift was me and another fellow who was also going to the 2nd floor. Everything was fine till the lift reached the 2nd floor, it took a long time to level, and before it could open its doors it jolted hard and a "lift out of order" announcement was played, we both were arguably a little shocked by that, but quickly gained composure. We waited for a moment to see if the lift would open its doors...but it didn't. We then tried pressing the floor buttons to see if it'll move...but to no avail. The lift's ventilation then cut off abruptly and at that moment we decided to press the emergency telephone button thinking we were stuck big time in there, however as fate called it, before we could react, the doors finally opened and we were able to escape from the lift. According to my friend who frequents the place, the lift has been having issues for quite a while now... please fix it!! For the safety...
