Terrible experience. I went for a eyelash extension and the lady in charge was rude on multiple occasions. For example , firstly, loudly tell me to close my eyes when I opened them on reflex. Secondly, when asked for her opinion , told me to decide for myself. Lastly , telling me in mandarin , “自己拿” the dryer used to dry my lashes. Total lack of professionalism. Lastly, upon finishing my extension , she did not provide any instructions on how to protect my lashes or the dos and don’ts to make them last longer for a first timer such as myself. She simply collected payment and left me on my way. I also noticed that she did not take necessary precautions to clean or sanitize the bed I was lying on before allowing the next customer to lie on it but simply just changed the pillow case I was lying on. Please don't trust carousell reviews. Had appointment for 5.30, but she was working on previous customer till 5.40+. I don't mind waiting but I noticed no cleaning whatsoever was so done and she just ask me to lie down at exact place previous customer was before she left. Not even pillow sheet was changed.During the entire process, she kept asking me not to strain my eyes and made a tsk sound, but my eyes were closed? Sometimes you cannot control slight movement, we are human not machine. After everything was done, she held the fan for me for like less than 30 secs than ask me to hold and blow the fan myself. While results are alright, overall seems like shes just rushing to get the job done and I'm just not welcomed there. Definitely not...

Found their shop via Carousel. Was reading through comments and honesty i was a little scared to engage them as the reviews on Google itself weren't great. But for their relatively low prices, i went ahead and got myself extension nails. The lady (in short hair) did such a good job as I only showed her a photo as reference, and it looks exactly like the photo (i kid you not). I am now very happy. And all this was done in less than 1hr 30min which is fast imo. Though the manicurist has very "dao" (cold) vibe but Im chill and very satisfied with the manicure outcome.

Will definitely patron again...
