An amazing anniversary gift experience! I booked the Oriental Essence treatment and loved every second of it. It was my first time having a luxury treatment and I was blown away. All the finishing touches really make the difference between this and common chain parlours or just average boutique spots. The treatment was 1.5h but I took a total of 2.5h just enjoying every bit of it. The package includes the steam room and experience shower and I did take my time with both. No one ever rushed me out of there or asked if I’m done. They have all the toiletries and amenities you need and more and the robe was so fluffy and soft with a satin like outer layer. My therapist was Janet and she was absolutely lovely. In the room, about 7 essential oils were lined up and based on my concerns, she short listed 3 and went in depth to explain their properties and benefits and then let me smell them so I could choose one for my treatment. She also advised me on how to get the best out of the steam room in future and was so warm and friendly. She made sure I was kept warm and comfortable every step of the way. From the air con, bed heater, towels, warm pillow and eye cover. The most professional treatment ever! We went through a breathing exercise (and I inhaled a very nice smelling scent, I’m not sure what it was but I was relaxed instantly) at the start and she would ask if her pressure was okay. Her strokes were not painful despite being firm as they were meticulous and methodical, not rushed (versus certain places where they knead you like dough really quickly) and her fingers were extremely precise with pressure. Again, I took my time to get dressed and had some tea at the lounge area. I was so relaxed that passed out on the sofa when I got back after the treatment. No hard selling of any sort and smiles all around. Perfect paradise!

Hands down one of the best "spa" places my best friend and I have been together (and trust me we have been to quite a few including ones overseas) Whenever you hear the word spa, one tends to automatically assume pricey. You're not wrong there. And we are happy to pay as long as it's worth our money. Most spas we have been to to date, we have no complaints about the ambience, the cleanliness, the products etc. However we always leave disappointed because the main part of our spa experience was always a let down and that was the massage. Not the case here at mandarin oriental. Their therapist were amazing with their skills and we felt super relaxed and light and all out knots released when we left. Not to mention the service from start to end was consistent and staff from counter to therapist were all professional and friendly. Would be nicer to have bigger and more options of facilities. Steam room is small and experience shower there is only 1 of each and not very big. But definitely will come back! Just hopefully management will consider including more amenities for clients to utilise since its a spa place after all. Also thanks to teresa and her team for surprising my friend with her birthday treats. She was very happy!

Had a 90 minute treatment here while on holiday and it was amazing. Not my first visit but the first time I wanted to write a review. I was greeted in reception, given a tea and cold towel to relax me. After changing and sitting in the relaxation room, my therapist met me and introduced herself. She asked about injuries and massage pressure, as selected the oil for my treatment. The massage was amazing and so relaxing. Unlike other places there was no outside noise to distract from the experience. The pressure was firm when needed, and certainly helped get the knots out of my shoulders. The time flew and I could hardly believe the 90 minute treatment was over! Highly recommended.

One name: Joyanne. You need to ask for Joyanne whenever you come to the spa. She is one of the sweetest soul I’ve ever met. She helped me arrange for my parents’ appointments despite the tight availabilities. She was so understanding with my back and forth a related to the timings. And she took care of my parents so well 🥹 - they are not English speakers so getting around and choosing treatments was not the easiest. She even helped them book their grab home 🥹. I didn’t have any massage but my parents loved theirs to the point that they booked another one for 2 days later. I unfortunately couldn’t take pictures as I was in a rush, but the Spa looks gorgeous.

I strongly recommend the place -...
