Chalets are not a bad idea however their maintenance is very very very poor. The trampoline was torn into two and kids could not jump. The swing has two swings however 1 was broken and this knowing that children would be there. The weather was cold and children could not go to the beach thus the play facilities were useless to them.

Not getting what you pay for as advertised on the website. One security guard to man 4 gates making security non existing and at night the gates stays open and un-attended. Ablutions is cleaned once a day and on new years the public from the lagoon and beach use the resorts ablutions leaving...
