The tenant mix is good and they are trying hard. However it is very difficult to stop here without being harassed by beggars. With the same story, they don't want money they just want food.

When I arrange for them to go to the community church where they can eat they get upset. If you buy them food, they immediately go and sell it to the vendors across the street.

I know it is hard for a centre to manage this, but I know of many people avoiding this centre due to this.
