KFC Fontainebleau Centre — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered a double crunch burger, and when I bit into it, my tongue was burning and I can tolerate really spicy food. When I tell you my mouth, throat, stomach and tongue was on fire, it was literally so bad I couldn't get it to go away for 2 hours. And the service was terrible, they made another persons food before us and they ordered a lot more food than me, they also never gave me a spoon for my mash. I am extremely disappointed with the one worker at KFC Fontainebleau! She took my phone to look at my online receipt and then, without asking me, she reviewed KFC Fontainebleau from my phone giving it a 5 star review as if it is given by me! When I told her she couldn't do that, she just gave an apathetic look. I am not able to trust the reviews here anymore and she has impersonated me unlawfully!

A big shout out goes to Alice for her thoughtfulness and kindness and the fact that she cares about their customers. I accompanied my partner into the store to buy food (on crutches as I have broken my leg). After my partner had ordered via the kiosk, Alice saw me standing with my crutches, she very kindly said we can go sit in the car so that I can rest my leg and she would bring our food to us.
