Burger King Sasol Malanshof (Halaal) — Restaurant in Gauteng

We have ordered food. Three of the five people who ate the food from Burger King at Malanshof Sasol at Republic corner Silverpine developed stomach problems and felt sick also experienced diarrhea. My Wife, eldest son and our Domestic Servant suffered illness that looked like food poisoning. The people that ate the chicken fell sick the other 2 eating beef was fine. This can happen to any fast food supplier but my problem is the horrific way the delt with it. I have reported it to the Burger King outlet. They ignored me and told me that it was not from there food. I have never heard from them again. I have furthermore reported the incident to Burger King's Head Office. Up to now NO response, phone calls or any form of sympathy or apology. This is bad service without any remorse or accountability to their consumers or customers. I am qualified with a MSc degree in Nutrition and acted with knowledge and concern when complained but they don't care about it at all. Shame on...

There is no atmosphere at the branch we went to. Without being rude it is an ugly eating house, unattractive table and chairs. It is dilapidated but the small supermarket that it is in is lovely. We have also been to the Norwood branch. The furniture looks attractive and the place is very full. When it was refurbish it looked really beautiful but now it is not as clean and smart looking as it was when re done. In the branch in Rivonia orders are taken downstairs and we have to take food upstairs and just about kill yourself. We like your food especially your crunchy chickenburger as well as the WHOPPER BEEF burger. We think the food and chips are really good but the surroundings are inconvenient or too ugly to enjoy. Please make sure the Norwood brach is maintained properly or like everything else in South Africa it...

It is with a very sad heart that I have to change my rating I have been going to this Burger King for years and I do understand that there is certain things that happen that makes their job difficult but today was the 3rd time this month that we tried to get food at this burger king Malanshof and the 2nd time we had to go to another place to go get food elsewhere. The first time beginning of Jan they did not have chicken to we substituted for Beef then 2 weeks ago just after 7pm when we got there and they informed us that they did not have chicken burgers, chips, sides or soft drinks so we could only order beef burgers, and it looked like they were already closing up, today we got there and once again got shown away this time because of loadshedding, really sad never use to have this type of service not even in the worst loading...
