To start off with the menu is very limited. We waited over 2 hours for our food and they didn't even start with it! I mean how long does it take to fry a few samoosas and chips? Staff refused to attend to me when I went to enquire about the progress of my order. You aren't allowed to bring your own food in yet clearly their kitchen can't cope if it take over 2 hours to fry a few samoosas and chips. Nobody offered us a mat or pillows. Their snack selection is also limited. What a waste of time and money! I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing day out, you'll only end up getting frustrated with their incompetence.
Their facilities are also in need of some attention. The doors in the female bathrooms don't close properly, some of the equipment was only recently cordoned off because its broken. Please don't waste your time and money...
Read moreA great place to take your toddler pricing for entrance and food is reasonable, my son had a great time , however I am concerned with the safety of the children, we had an issue of a random vehicle parking by the palisade wall trying to lure children to the vehicle, as soon as a parent spotted the people they quickly drove off, the vehicle came back twice just circulating the venue, which was alarming , one of the parents who spotted the vehicle reported this and the security vehicle arrived, which put us at ease, however I strongly suggest that they beef up security, especially because we live in such dark times where kids get kidnapped and probably trafficked, we want our children to enjoy themselves in a safe environment where they do not feel restricted. Please increase security, your place is lovely and would recommend it to every parent...
Read more*Edit: The company is very responsive and open to feedback, already corrected some of the things mentioned in this review. This company is amazing with follow up, I had a phone call today that explained that the water in the slides is infact not stagnant but drained everyday with clean water flowing in from the top of the slides.
What a stunning venue with amazing play equipment.
Unfortunately, there is still stagnant water in the slides and a large amount of rubbish on the grounds. Some play equipment had melted ice cream on it. This was in the morning just after they opened, suggesting it was not cleaned from the previous day.
I would also suggest that staff wear The Play Date branded shirts as random people standing around on a playground can cause concern for parents.
We will def be back, hopefully the above can be...
