EDIT: I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because you listened, thank you! The bad smell was sorted the day after I left the review, and it's still gone. YAY! Whenever there is a piece of equipment that is out of order, usually you can expect it to be fixed by the next day and I really appreciate this.

Great Gym, but Please Fix the Bathroom Smell
Iâve been a member of this gym for a while now and overall, I really like it. The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly, and the equipment and facilities are solid. Iâm genuinely happy to train here â except for one ongoing issue thatâs becoming hard to ignore.
Lately, the smell of urine in and around the bathrooms has gotten really bad. Itâs especially rough when youâre done with a session, trying to catch your breath, and all you can smell is that sharp, unpleasant scent. Whether itâs coming from the menâs or womenâs side (or both), Iâm not sure, but itâs strong enough that I sometimes have to hold my breath just to walk past.
Iâm not here to bash the gym â I honestly want to keep coming â but I also really hope this gets addressed soon. Maybe itâs a cleaning schedule issue, maybe somethingâs off with the plumbing or mop water, but whatever it is, please look into it. The gym is too good to be held back by something...

Equipment maintenance is poor, and the changing rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. The lockers are unhygienic, and the benches are worn and unpleasant to use.
The pool temperature is a recurring issueâuncomfortably cold in winter and overly warm in summerâwith constant excuses but no lasting solution. The functional fitness area is underwhelming, with a few mismatched dumbbells and kettlebells scattered around, and oddly located battle ropes that make the space feel disorganised and cramped. For members looking for a more complete and well-structured training environment, this setup is simply not adequate.
In the afternoons, the functional area becomes extremely loud due to music being played at excessive volume, making it difficult to focus. Unfortunately, thereâs no alternative training space available. Adding to the inconvenience, there are no mats provided downstairsâyou have to go upstairs to get one.

   Read moreIf I could give this club 0 stars, I would. I have never encountered a situation where I have to beg staff to do their jobs. I signed up about 3 months ago with Mangi in person at the branch. I was later informed that he lost the receipts that were proof I payed for the joining fees.
Due to this, there was a constant arrears reflecting on my count, I was blocked every time I swiped my card and the staff was very reluctant to let me in. I needed to explain that I have in fact paid all the fees but due to Mangiâs negligence by loosing the receipts, I needed to repeat this to every receptionist every time I came to the gym just so that they could allow me in.
I have sent countless emails with my banking statements to show the transaction, I have phoned Mangi and his managers countless times but always met with âIâll call you backâ or âIâll see what I can doâ and of course, not one of the staff phoned me back. The pure lack of service is disgusting. The entire staff could not care less about their customers.
