I was really disappointed with my experience at Vida E Cafe in Builders Centurion . I ordered a toasted sandwich at 9:30 and was told it would take 7 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting 15 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my order, and the staff seemed completely unaware of it.

The person helping me disappeared, presumably to find whoever was supposed to be making the sandwiches. By 10:05, my husband went to check again, and I finally saw my sandwich being made. However, when it came out of the toaster oven, it was handed to a different customer!

What was meant to be a quick 7-minute wait turned into 40 minutes of confusion and frustration. I ended up leaving without my order because we had other plans.

It seems like the staff needs a more efficient system to handle orders and ensure they are fulfilled accurately and on time. Here are some suggestions:

Use an order tracking system so customers and staff can easily monitor progress.

Assign specific staff members to manage orders from start to finish.
