KFC Eco Boulevard — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered the crunch box meal which costs R59.90 with a coke instead of coke zero & that's R3.50 more. They decided to upsize my meal to a regular one adding R12.00 to the meal, which I only realized when I checked my slip. I decided not to make a big deal out of it but informed the lady at the collection window of the drive through. She apologized & gave me my meal. I asked her if she was sure that the drink was coke & she said yes. After driving away I realised that the drink was actually coke zero. so I drove back to the store & asked them to fix their mistake. The lady just emptied the cup & refilled the cup, overfilling it & not even wiping it gave it to me. I had to ask her for a serviette & new straw. I would normally overlook things but today the blatant lack of customer service was to much to overlook. Eco-Park...

Absolutely pathetic service experienced at this new branch. Employees dont inform you that they are out of chicken when you place orders, you only notified of this when picking up your order. After ordering a zinger burger, you get given a colonel burger.

The screaming of the employees in the store is on another level. Does kfc have heavy machinery operating inside their stores that their employees cannot hear each other????

Please KFC, do something to sort out your staff as they have zero customer servicing experience!!!!

At the intercom the lady took my order but didnt even wait to let me finish my order. She only took the boxmaster, didnt even ask Colonel or Sweet chilli, just assumed Colonel. At the pay window, she needed to redo the whole order again to add the Very berry shake and Soft serve. At the collect window the lady gave me the icecreams and boxmaster. Went off driving and relized she didnt gave me my buddy cokes. Needed to turn back and collect again.
