Their service is very bad . I joined the gym 2021 and I was paying every month . On the 2nd of April 2025 I received a message from MBD saying my account is on arrears.To my surprise I’ve never received a call or email from virgin active before handing me to MBD informing me about my account.But they were always calling me to renew my contract.What annoys me most they messing up my credit with something I was not even aware of .I tried to call their customer service cause Natasha didn’t have any idea what’s happening she gave me the number to call . Bunch of skelms Virgin Active - Sunward park, after 2 years not being with the gym I got an email for the 1st time in August this year saying I owe them money and that they handed me over for it! Disgusting if you ask me, I've canceled my contract like I should of and they took there debit orders up to date. i never heard from the Gym again now all of a sudden they say i owe money. I was not aware of any outstanding moneys - they did not phone, nor email or even try and get hold of me to tell me, they just handed me over after this 2 years

Worst decision ever made by joining Virgin active been having problems with my account for over a month and still nothing has been done. They only call me to tell my about the outstanding amount but as soon as you say you’re having problems with the account they put the phone down in your ear while you’re still talking. They have cancelled my account without even asking or trying to fix the problem and then they want me to pay to fix the problem.worst service providers ever will never recommend them to anyone please stay clear of any service they offer especially Virgin Active...
