One of the WORST shopping experiences ever. We were in line behind a lady while 1 cashier was serving a customer and another was serving a staff member who had a whole lot of items she was purchasing. We stood in line for over 10 minutes and then a see another staff member bringing a 3rd cashier through.But guess what???She actually brought the cashier to ring up her own items!Can you believe that???And even though they could see I was upset and asking my husband to leave the items and walk out, they still carried on with their own staff purchases at 2 TILLPOINTS, while we as customers had to stand and wait for the 1 cashier, who was still busy ringing up the first customers items.By this time there were 2 more customers behind us but there was still no interest or concern for us as the customers.The staff member who had a whole lot of items, card also declined, causing even more of a delay and even after it eventually went through, she then proceeded to do another transaction, believe it or not! I noticed a man authorizing at the till and followed after him to complain, he looked at me, nodded his head and offered no apology or comment for what had just transpired. I bought a TV 50" Hisense the TV worked wonderful for 3 days and started to give screen problems, took the TV back and Game Shelly Beach doesn't want to exchange the TV they refer me to work through Hisense because they gave the Warranty. So in short your money is good for game but don't think you going to be assist when you get problems with the product. I will not recommend people to buy electronic products from Game,why I am saying this is that I have first hand experience in it, I paid R6500 for a TV and it worked for 3 days and started to give trouble and Game does not want to exchange it for another TV. You ask the staff how much something costs that should have a price on it but doesn't and the uselesss, totally incompetent, rude, and unfriendly staff just shrug and say they have no idea.
They have 11 checkout points but only 2 staffed so you have to wait for like 15 minutes just to pay for a single item which is UNACCEPTABLE.
Then when you leave, they treat you like a criminal and waste your valuable time checking your till slip against the single item you just bought even though the useless security can clearly see you just came from the cashier and paid for it.
I will never be shopping at a Game store in my entire life again and...
