Joggers meet up every morning around 6am to do the 5 km return walk/jog/run between uvongo and manba Beach. It's a safe route up and down lilliecrona drive. It's fun for the family and nothing beat exercising in the fresh sea air.

The pier is a great location for fishing, you'll need some shad Traces and sardines and you are ready to do. When the shad season is open you can have loads of easy fishing fun for some decent size fish. Targeting garrick is also possible in this location.
