Oxford Village Centre — Local services in KwaZulu-Natal

I purchased chips and icecream at Steers, the person who was serving me was wearing a very dirty half jacket and the chips were looking dull. I parked near Fishaways when having my icecream and the there was a car that came parked next to me, with 3 guys and one lady inside the car, as I could see through the window they were busy taking drugs and I felt so unsafe and had to move away to stop by the garage. Very dirty floors. Staff with pallets all over the place with no regard for customers. No staff to help. Take a coat for the cold. Very noisy and congested at entrance and exit. We had 11 packets of chicken and the lady at the express till wouldn't help us.although she had no other customers with 10 items. What a bad shopping experience. Thanks....
