Milky Lane Westgate Mall — Local services in Roodepoort

From being a lover of milky lane ,I now hate it.I had the most shocking experience yesterday at the westgate Milky Lane.My family wanted waffles as usual,I googled closing times which said 7pm.We got there just before 6.30pm,as I approached the milky lane,I saw 2 tables blocking the entrance as if they closed.As I approached them another man asked the staff and they said they closed,I was livid as we drove there especially for waffles,now with disappointed kids.We then went to panarotties,my husband still upset ,went to milky lane again to ask why are they closed half an hr early ,however he was spoken to in the rudest manner by some women there.Then the manager or supervisor appeared from her shopping ,asking the ladies why you're closed early but sounding like she knew they did.This is pathetic,beyond not following your trading hours,your staff are rude and pathetic.Train them or close down if you don't want customers.We frequent clearwater mall milky lane,it's just now we decided to go to Westgate,you can see this is a regular practice.Due to your pathetic staff now we must find another restaurant to entertain our kids.Super angry,your staff must be trained and respectful,especially when they don't know who they are speaking to.You don't even deserve...

I went to westgate milky lane around 19:36 since the store closes at 20:00. The cashier just ignored us waiting at the counter and busy giving directions to random guys passing by and not customers. She then proceeded to mop the floor and ignored us. When we asked her who's going to serve us she said to us with a very rude tone " You are late we are closing the store now, and I am tired I also want to rest". It was my first time buying from westgate Milky lane and surely the last time since I did not enjoy the ice cream and the attitude was enough to make me loose appetite That lady is not good for business that I can tell. It was like asking service from a municipal office.Look at the attached receipt she finally took our order and it was 19:44 after being scolded...

I was at milky lane Westgate this afternoon around 6:30 I waited at the counter for +_ 10min without being served infact there was no one at the front,until came one gentleman from debonairs who ask them to come help me..they cane out from the back with thrytold thus guy that no ice cream the machine is stuck thy didn't even look at me,thats when that guy suggest I go buy at Steers,so your staff needs customer service training they sooo...
