Infrastructure is great but the staff are utterly inept and unprofessional. Was at the hockey arena for the Winter Olympics, and the concession line was ridiculously slow. Totally not ready for an international event. They were also short pouring beer by only pouring about two thirds of the can into the cups and charging full price for it. It was clear that the staff didn't really care about doing their jobs right. They were just going through the motions not caring how their behaviour of nonchalance was affecting spectators' experience. Truly shameful display of mediocrity. A couple of years later, and it is still a great place to watch hockey. It hosted the 2020 World Junior Championships (IIb) in January of 2020.

If you get a chance to watch a game here take advantage of it, as one has to wonder how long the centre will remain operational.

Note that the walk here from the train station is only about 10 or 15 minutes.

There aren't a ton of dining options nearby, the "Arena Cafe" on the hill overlooking the whole park...

Well built hockey stadium. Lots of seating with great views and no blocked vantage points. They have concessions which are ok. The bathrooms are nice and we'll kept by the staff. The walk area is spacious and accommodating for large crowds. The stadium I'm sure will have great sentimental value for people who watched and played at the Olympic games.
