A lovely experience meeting Anton and his sister and mother at their family jewellers in A Coruna. I bought a gold chain with a small single diamond which caught my eye in the window. Anton explained the tax rebate situation which involved finding the Diva machine at Madrid airport and inserting my bar code. I was a bit nervous about having time to do this in between flight connections and had to ask a few times to find the machine. But it all worked as Anton had said and I immediately got a green tick and about a week later Anton transferred the tax back to my bank account.
