Assistant refused to order me a phone on special price but i got someone from another department to place order for me which I paid for. That assistant got the phone and gave it to hold for me to collect the next day from the phone department. The original assistant from phones section made a real fuss and refused to get item , a second assistant eventually was pusuaded to get my paid for phone from store room. The whole process was absolutely awful, especially as I have spent thousands in that store( Cartegena) in a few weeks. I would like to say most staff have been great but...
