My wife & I are Australians walking the Camino Frances in Spain. I had an issue with my Sea-to-Summit sleeping bag. Purchased from Tom’s Outdoors in Tumut NSW. An absolutely wonderful store with an amazing and kind hearted lady working there. She went above and beyond to help me find some new shoes to finish my Camino. They have a wonderful selection of Altra, Hoka, and LaSportiva shoes. I recommend trying out the Altra Lone Peak 9+ and Olympus 6 models, preferably in size EUR 44 (inside joke). Oh, and if you have worn down your rubber trekking poles tips you can find some replacements here too. Experiencia del cliente holísticamente positiva.

Durante el Camino de Santiago desarrollé problemas en los pies, más concretamente en los tendones, porque comencé con las clásicas botas de montaña. Por eso quería comprar zapatos nuevos y acolchados en la tienda K2.

Me recomendaron las Hoka Speedgoat + plantillas extra. Fue la elección perfecta. ¡Mi dolor mejoró significativamente día a día!

Desafortunadamente, los zapatos eran un poco grandes, por lo que el material del talón se desgastó relativamente rápido y después de unos pocos kilómetros apareció un agujero en ambos lados.

Me comuniqué con la tienda vía WhatsApp y devolví los zapatos. ¡La comunicación fue perfecta, agradable, orientada al cliente y rápida! Me devolvieron el dinero inmediatamente.
