Everything was a mess. I couldn't tell where the food was coming from or what kind of brand I would be buying. No list of alergens available neither. The most painful thing to see was their extremely yellow matcha sold in bulk stored in a large open glass jar exposed to the light, odours & elements among other things. Someone who knows about matcha would store it in an opaque container in a cool place. And its price was really expensive for what it looked a tea powder of a dubious origin & quality. Food inspectors should pay a visit to this place asap.

The person at the cash register wasn't very pleasant to deal with. She also assumed what type of product I was buying & charged me without even letting me know that the brush I got might not be the type I thought it was. I thought I had taken the soft type, which was a bit cheaper but she charged me for the hard/expensive one. I guess good customer service isn't something she has ever heard about or cares for. But I do.

A ridiculously expensive, uncaring & far from transparent commerce. I would never set a foot in this...

Primera y única tienda a granel en León. Un establecimiento bonito y cuidado con gran variedad de legumbres, pastas, productos de limpieza, especias, frutos secos..... todo ello a granel. La idea surgió de la necesidad de reducir nuestro consumo y uso de plásticos de un solo uso. Puedes llevar tus propios botes o tarros, aunque allí también hay bolsas de papel o botes para que te lleves a casa todo lo que necesites sin un sólo plástico. La dependienta es una chica joven con gran conocimiento de sus productos que te aconseja y ayuda en todo lo que necesites con una sonrisa en la cara. Siempre están abiertos a escuchar y a mejorar o cambiar ciertos productos. También tienen una pequeña sección de cosmética zero waste con champús sólidos, pastas de dientes o desodorantes más respetuosos con el medio.
