Culture Coffee — Restaurant in León

Worst filtered coffe ever in my life. We asked for filtered coffe. Woman at bar said that she will make chemex. But she was not preparing chemex but she used some kind of metal dripper. After 10 minutes we received 700 ml of hot water with coffe flavor and instead of nice cups we were given big discusting old glasses-see photo. It looked like a bad joke. We returned coffe, asked for new. After another 10 minutes we got 300 ml of hot hot water with slightly stronger coffe flavor. It is clear that person dont know anything about filter coffe. Im writing this bad review with hope that owner will read it and teach his personal how to properly prepare filter, teach them how chemex filter looks like and even which cups would be nice to use, for this coffee. If dont, please dont offer filtered coffe, you just wasting time and money of your customers and making bad name for your self. 5,5 € for that sh.t is far too much. Flat white mis huevos! We ordered 2 flat whites, The coffees we were served were 2 long blacks topped with some light foam. The beans used were incredibly bitter, not suitable for a milk coffee drink. I took the drinks back and told her it was very bitter. Excellent coffee in a great location in Leon. The owner, Sergio is super friendly and passionate about his coffee. We tried the flat white, cappuccino and espresso which were all excellent. Sergio told me he will start roasting his own coffee which I will definitely buy as he was very excited about having control of his own coffee. He also recommended us some great restaurants in Leon to try the authentic local dishes. I highly recommend Culture Coffee for a great cup and cool vibe....
