Poor quality, zero warrant and awful after-sale service.

I bought 3 pieces of artifacts from the store. As I was taking out the items from their paper bag at home, I noticed that small pieces in the bottom of the package. It turns out that one of the bells is cracked.

A close examination shows the base of bell is half thin as the other bell. And the sound of the bell is also dumb in contrast with the crisp sound of the other bell. These show clearly the quality of the bell. However, I am also surprised that the bell can crack without receiving any external impact. Backtracking the timeline, I recall that in the store, I asked one of the shop assistants not to put too many layers of the wrapping plastic over the item and she was not pleased with my request. She bluntly told me she didn't know how to do that. And it needs the other ship assistant involvement to resolve my request. Now, I started to wonder if she tampered the item at time, as she was nearly getting dismayed at the time.

34 euros is not cheap for a tiny bell.

Contacted the firm and Sandra proclaimed that the damage is impacted after the purchase and rejected my request for replacement. I find it very suspicious how a bell can broke like this arriving my place. I can't say whether the shop assistant tempers the item, despite that they have an history accusing visitors as thief based on other reviews. Anyhow, this is certainly a quality issue of the bell and the artist shall not have put a faulty item for sale.

Telling me that they will improve in the future is simply not enough.

It is very unsatisfying response from the firm that they refused to take accountability.

They could at least offer me an exchange if not a replacement.

Now, their damage has been done, I will always remember the poor quality artifact and the bad after-sale service from this brand. A scar that is not only on display of the damaged souvenir but also a bad memory associated with Malaga.

A hard lesson not to entrust shop assistants.

A total waste of 34 euros for a faulty product, I will advise people to examine their items quality carefully as they don't provide any...

The store ALFAJAR Cerámica Artesanal is truly beautiful, full of stunning handmade pieces and unique designs. However, it was unfortunately impossible to stay long enough to really look around and enjoy everything it had to offer. The place was unbearably hot, with no air conditioning at all. I had a budget of €3,000 ready to spend to decorate my home, but sadly I had to leave before I could buy anything because I was starting to feel faint from the heat. In the end, I took my business to El...

We came here in fall last year before the pandemic started. They had great solo exhibitions in a separate room, and also a lot of wonderfull creations from local artist. The lady working at the moment was an angel and spent a lot of time explaning to us the work of the artists. She even made the extra effort to serve us in french which we where not expecting at all. Really a great experience in a beautifull gallery. Our favorite souvenir from this travel come from...

I feel bad giving such a low rating because the store is beautiful, but it was so hot that I couldn't even last five minutes browsing. I went on a friend's recommendation and wanted to take my time to make a purchase, but I left empty-handed. There's some really high-quality art—it's a shame it can't be appreciated properly.

Quite a lot of ceramics and graphics to tastefully decor your house. Some artwork costs as little as 30-40 euro, some goes for over a thousand a piece but in general I'd say things are reasonably priced. There's also some jewelry for ladies. Staff is nice and can speak Spanish and English.
