I ordered a ping pong table and a barbell. The pimpong table arrived on June 9, damaged. The cardboard had a lot of damage. I'll report it right away. A few days later, a transport company came and picked up this broken table. The transport company treated this package like garbage. They just threw this carton into the car on top of the other cartons. They all spilled out of the cardboard. To this day, I have not been able to recover more than 300 euros for almost a month. Despite many messages to customer service, no one answers - they tell me to wait until the cardboard box is returned to them. The barbell that I ordered together with the table has not yet arrived. I am completely surprised how incompetent this company is. There is absolutely no respect for the customer in this company. Transportation is one big tragedy. I have cameras at home and I want to post this video on YouTube how Decathlon transport workers treat packages. Maybe someone at the top will be interested in the quality of services. Be careful buying expensive bikes from here they gave me a brand new bike with a big paint chip on the frame right down to the bare metal. (Photos attached) Really unhappy with my situation. I purchased an E-bike for €3299 and I was told I would get an email when the bike came in store and that Decathlon would make the bike and charge the battery as I told the shop assistant when I purchased the bike I would need to ride it home 20km away because it would not fit in my car. I specifically asked the shop assistant to make sure it was charged and ready. I got an email telling me the bike was ready to collect. When I got there it was not ready at all not even 1% battery and I had to wait for them to check everything over. Plus a really nice paint chip just in front of my eyes why I ride. I probably won’t buy another bike...

Backpack stolen from the trunk of the car in the Decathlon parking.

Apparently this is not the first time - close proximity to the airport attract thieves - my backpack was in the trunk of the locked rental car - and the lock was somehow bypassed. and there was nothing valuable in the backpack, only my used clothes and windsurfing stuff, all of which has mo values for thieves.

While not directly Decathlons fault, they could provide proper CCTV coverage that would...
