La Casa Bella — Local services in Málaga

I wanted to buy a Morrocan fountain (big one 80 kg) and have it shipped to Madeira. Whoever I corresponded with initially was not helpful. However, I tried again about a year later, knowing I could use a forwarding agent Lisbon to Madeira. This second time was a delight. The fountain was delayed getting to Malaga ( not their fault), and then Casa Bella arranged transport to Lisbon, and I arranged Lisbon to Madeira. Unfortunately someone ( probably customs) had unwrapped the base and left it a mess, so the tiles around the base, and a few others were damaged. It was obvious Casa Bella had wrapped it extremely well originally. When I told them, they very quickly sent us replacement tiles to fix it. We are in the process of starting repairs. The fountain works well and looks great. To ship anything to Madeira is like pulling teeth, so I was very happy they worked with me and gave me constant updates. We visited the showroom looking for Moroccan style lamps for our house that is under refurbishment. Photos on website corresponded to reality! We received excellent and objective advise on pros and cons of different lamps in the showroom. Home delivery was reliable and prompt. Aftersale service with advise on lampfittings, etc was also very prompt. We are very happy with the quality and looks of all the lamps we bought (have now been installed). We bought a flat in Spain a couple of years ago to use each summer. We contacted Andy and Debbie to do a full redesign and furnish of the whole thing. We just love what they've done. We have an amazing funky unique flat but Andy and Debbie also added practical touches too. The whole flat is great to be in and has a real wow factor. They were both lovely to deal with too.
