Worst nightmare lived!!! We bought to change our main entry door, First someone from the staff came for taking the door measures and then they told us a price. When we came to the store for order the door it was another price with extra charge ... anyway we continue with the order and we bought a cheap door with not extra protections and stuff. The door was pricing around 300€ plus the delivery 115€ to home ( I’m just living 4 kilometres away) and 400€ for the works and to leave installed the door. All the services are expensive than the door? ... it doesn’t have any sense. Anyway I just left everything payed already. On 30th of July and they wrote in the bil that I’ll get the door from the delivery on 17th of August and 20th’s I’ll meet the workers for the instaletion. 17s nobody came with the door and on 19th they call us for coming the next day. We didn’t had the door so they workers told us we have to wait until next week or someday in September.... to sum up I refused of such a bad organisation and I drove there to the store to claim all the mess... I lost two hours taking and trying to find an solution for nothing. in the end they refound me the money back. But currently I don’t have any door and I lost more than two hours ... all the days that I were waiting for the door to be delivered that it never came. Read moreWe bought tiles for our kitchen 10th of June. And half of the packages were broken. And we saw it in the shop when picking up and so the employees was supposed to order new ones. That’s okay, shit happens… When the next delivery came, they had ordered wrong color of the tiles. And they ordered once more, this time they managed to order the wrong size. Mind you, they have access to our order and the product number, now they have ordered a third time and we have waited soon 3 weeks for the delivery. Making us not being able to move in, having to pay rent somewhere else for minimum one extra month because our kitchen floor is delayed because of Leroy Merlin! It’s now been 5 weeks! When talking to the employees in the shop they tell us to call as the original order was placed online. And on the phone they say they cannot help us and that we need to go physically to the shop and complain there. I’m so frustrated and don’t know how we can handle this. I just want my tiles so I can finish the kitchen! And why did you cancel the order for the matching wall tiles without us knowing, and not transferring back the money, or telling us the reason for cancelling. Now we need to order them again and...
