Rosse Vip Club — Local services in Málaga

Can't recommend it! Made an VIP Table reservation through WhatsApp. The reservation proces was very hard because they needed a few day to respond. Then finally made an reservation and paid 200€ vor VIP. Went there at 23:30pm bc on the side was the information, that the NYE Party will start at 23pm. No one was there, write them on Instagram and whatsapp, no response, so we drove to the center. My friend write them then and got an respons immediatly that it is open atfer 12pm, so we went there from the center again. The security immediatly asked as what we want and told us that we will not come in because we are not dressed well, because its a ,,special night''. We 2x girls had elegant dresses and high hells, our two boys had elegant shirts but not an suit, like the others but we can't go in. Also not many of them were speaking english. I told them I paid 200€ by bank transfer. So 1. There was no information about the opening hours on NYE 2. There was no information with the dress code 3. We felt discriminated bc there where only spanish people and the security immediatly come to us. So after talking with diffrent persons and showing them the manual transfer with 200€ they told me I needed a QR Code that I never got. So they looked at it an discuessed a few minutes. After being told that the bouncer was, and i quote, in exact words “ i am going to kill you” we left. We moved quickly, and we had for just opened bottle of champagne the traditional way and shook the bottle like my friend did, are you serious? How im i supposed to do it? We spent so much money for a full VIP reservation for 15 people and we all have to leave the place cause of that, obsoletely non sense, we literary did nothing wrong nothing affecting the safety of none of the people inside this place. This review is not even worth one star… Don’t come here if you’re a tourist. The club promised us a lot and could not deliver anything. The vip experience was horrible, they moved us 3 times before they finally found or table, the drinks was horrible and the “champagnes” were not champagne, we had to share the so called vip space with many others that came and went, the staff had also no controll on the VIP’s, service from the staff was nonexistent, the toilets were FILTHY.. no toilet paper or soap… and the list goes on.
