I have been an AnyTech 365 Security client for a number of years (I knew them when they were Panda). I have always been extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of the IT Analysts whose job it is to help subscribers, who surely must represent a wide range of "expertise" in technical matters. I, for example, am a 79-year-old, retired university teacher. Although I am not at all intuitive about computers and such, I incorporated technology into my classes to excellent effect--but only as an end user. Since retiring, I have not kept up at all with new developments. You see where this is going.
My comments will probably be more helpful--reassuring, perhaps--to people who are similar to me in (lack of) experience with technology, and to those who may be hesitant to engage with a company not based in their home countries. I am on the east coast of the United States, and I have called AnyTech at all hours of the day and night and have been quickly connected with an English-speaking IT Analyst. (Their services are offered in a variety of languages.) To a person, these technicians have had excellent, clear English diction, and perfect comprehension of spoken English.
So now I have a new mobile phone, and I want AnyTech to take care of it, along with my desktop computer. I need to go through set-up, and I need a LOT of help. Enter Josh, my IT Analyst for today's sessions: the usual check-up with the computer, and set-up for the mobile phone.
Josh was cheerful, kind, endlessly patient, encouraging, and--oh, yes--an expert in getting my phone protected by AnyTech. In the collaborative process of getting AnyTech 365 installed and working on my phone, he was generous with reassurances, and he helped me to see that I was perhaps not as hopeless a case in technology as I suspected. I actually enjoyed working with him, and found our session as painless as any technical encounter I have ever had. "Painless" is high praise in this instance. I managed to get through it, thanks to Josh's clear and patient instructions, without feeling as if I were a total dunce.
AnyTech's phone is answered on the first ring with a voice that assures callers that AnyTech 365 AI Powered IT Security provides "helpful, easy, friendly, and fast technical support." I have found this description to be absolutely accurate, and borne out in every encounter I have had with this company.
Obviously, I am very enthusiastic about the service AnyTech provides, and with the manner in which it is provided. It is a huge relief to me to be able to rely on AnyTech's IT Analysts, and to be able to feel that both my devices and I are as protected as possible. On 12/22/22, I renewed my Panda Dome Premium 3 year plan, that included 6 months of technical service and 3 years of Anti-Virus protection. I only used the technical service one time; to help me set up a brand new Wireless Printer, being connected to a network; so it would operate properly. Without him, I was lost! The support agent needed to install Plug-ins, add-ons, and a lot more; then configure it all, so the Printer would function properly! I am 82 years old, and a widower for 3 years now. My Income is derived from Social Security and a U.S.A. Government Pension. Having empathy, your very refined and intelligent young sales agent Zachary Solomon, convinced me that financially speaking; "The price of a 3 year plan that included BOTH Technical support AND Anti-Virus, would give me FAR MORE VALUE, than buying them separately!!" I AM COMPELLED TO SAY PUBLICLY, "that by employing WELL TRAINED and TRULY DEDICATED employees of "THIS CALIBRER", is not only a VALUBLE ASSET to your company, FINANCIALLY; it shows that" YOU", specifically the CEO,CFO, and COO are running a "VERY SMOOTH WELL OILED MACHINE." It is my FIRM BELIEF, that Zachary Soloman and James Wilson, both, should be COMPENSATED and RECOGNISED for " THIER OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES", and be considered for future ADVANCEMENT IN MANAGEMENT, when the time comes! Just 2 days ago, some DISHONEST on -line "FRIGGEN THIEF", tried to gain access to my computer, by trying to convince me to TURN OFF my PANDA ANTI-VIRUS, Lying to me, claiming to be from NORTON Anti-Virus. He made about TEN ATTEMPTS, and EVER SINGLE TIME; your POWERFUL SOFT-WARE, STOPPED HIM DEAD IN HIS TRACKS!! I kept getting these RED FLAG messages, saying FRAUDULENT ENTRY: WARNING ME to delete immediately, Because opening this message , would definitely cause SERIOUS IRREVERSABLE DAMAGE to my hard drive! I've heard so many songs some made some bad rhymes (this is the 3rd review for Anytech365 that I've written; 1) glowing; 2) a total putdown of a dreadful tech; and, now, 3) YES! another major glowing). I've acted out my life on tech support with too many techies watching, but we're alone now and I'm singin' this song for you. As a point of reference, I am by CHOICE signed up and paid in full with Anytech365 until I'm well into my 80's. Great techs you might be lucky enough to encounter are Peter and James Milson. Add to these greats, Liam Peterson. You can go nowhere, even you own BestBuy, to find better support than you will get with Anytech365. They have solved very complex problems on a variety of computers through the ages and only ONE (1) time ever let me down. ONE TIME. A Fluke I would say. These guys and gals are unbelievably patient and anxious to SERVE. That's right, "Serve," which is pretty much an unknown word nowadays. They help you when you need help. They don't whine or say "it's not my job." They serve and you don't even have to haul your computer into them even if you use an external monitor that may need some fine tuning. They are always there cheerfully ready to serve. Since Anytech365 and I are hooked up until I'm well into my 80's should be a sign to anyone wanting great tech support and most importantly WHEN YOU NEED IT and not a week down the line, that these are the fine people you should trust with your computer be it new or altogether too old.
