TJ Electricals Euronics Camposol — Local services in Mazarrón

I purchase a 50 inch Samsung TV for 689:00 Euros in June 2021 from Euronics on Camposol and the TV developed a fault in July 2023. I took the TV back to Euronics to see if there was anything they could do to help as it was just outside of the 2 year warranty. I wasn’t expecting them to replace it but maybe help me out with advice in some way. I was told they could do nothing and to take it to Samsung service centre in Murcia. The TV is 2 year old it has had very little use as I am only in Spain a few month a year.

I could have bought the same TV much cheaper online but went to Euronics as they have great reviews and didn't mind paying more for better service. This review is not aimed at any individual employee at Euronics but at Euronics who I would have expected better. Now looking for a new TV not from Euronics and definitely will not touch...

Just wanted to say that Euronics really have gone above and beyond with helping us out with our problem. They have been so good and I was blown away when they offered to pick them up to test them. I didn't really think it would be a problem with the TVs as they really know their stuff when recommending products, it's great to know that we can say without doubt that it is the cable in case the engineer trys to say it was the cable again! Helpful is an understatement. This is a family owned and operated business that cares about what they do.

I asked the locals about a/c, and multiple people mentioned "Euronics".

Very knowledgeable. I had a "Neptuno" and they knew exactly what I needed. Install was super clean and they carefully cleaned up everything before they left.
