Lidl — Local services in Salou

Absolutely the worst Lidl. Opening hours are stated until 22 pm. I was here this week on Sunday, then on Tuesday and they worked until 22. Today is Thursday, we entered the store at 21:27 and they didn’t want to let us in, despite the fact that other customers were calmly walking around and choosing. We went in and got milk and bread. We stood in line for a long long time, because there were a lot of people in front of us at box office 1. Next to us, box office number 2 became vacant, so that we could leave quickly and not detain anyone, we got there and the cashier from box office 1, who was serving other visitors, started yelling and asking her colleague not to break through to us goods. !!! Worst experience ever, the manager there should be dismissed, the way he treats customers is unacceptable. The cashier Sandra said she will only return items if they were bought on same day. Is this a joke??? Bought some items 4 days back not having time to return same day, items were brand new, unused, unopened and sealed ready to be put on shelf.
