I encountered a totally unprofessional and rude sales person at the Arrivals branch. Indicated price of the product (on a shelf and on the sticker) was not accepted at the register by a worker saying that it is a mistake. Well, a sales woman was quite rude that unfortunately triggered my bad emotions... Shame on me - one must not react on obnoxious individuals. Beware, extremely bad commerce - no rules, no respect toward customers! Buy in town - much cheaper and the people are much nicer! Read morePrices are not duty free, you can do just as well in any high street shop in Europe. Prices overall in Lanzarote are not cheap, just reasonable. Beware that while ATM machines are prolific they charge hefty fees for withdrawing cash. Customer service is very poor with some obvious rudeness and annoyance towards tourists.
