if i could give it 0 stars i would… Waited over an hour for our food, and half an hour to get help about it, they took our receipt after we had waited 45 minutes for our food for us to have to ask after another 20 minutes what’s going on. Another 15 minutes later they try give us our food without the drinks and since we had waited over an hour and our flight was boarding in 5 minutes we had no time to eat it, we asked for a refund but they continuously kept saying they don’t understand and asking us what drink we wanted. We then had to say multiple times again we’ve been here over an hour, we don’t have time to eat it as our flight is boarding give us a refund, the member of staff then walked over to get co worker and started mocking us and pointing us out to other staff… they yet again held up the wrong drink and offered it with our food. After about 20 minutes of this they eventually gave us a refund after multiple other customers told them we wanted our money back. They then proceeded to ask us for our receipt which they had taken off us over half an hour ago which we told them. They had to go back multiple times to try find what we ordered to eventually give us a refund and a horrible attitude as if we were the problem/reason our food had taken over an hour. On top of this there was also multiple other people who had been waiting half an hour or over or had problems with their order. Absolutely awful staff and service mocking us for their mistake. i absolutely would not...

[Original post: 14/11/2025] Negatives: chicken pieces had almost no flavour. This did not taste like KFC. The chicken batter had no seasoning chicken pieces are dry. Literally no grease. It's as if it's been sitting under the keep warm lamp all day and all the natural juices have dried out. screen ordering system is awful. Keeps trying to include items into your order you don't want, and deliberately makes it difficult to cancel/change your order. The system purposely adds items into your "meal deal" without telling you fries were lukewarm and floppy fries were also flavourless really pricey. My 2piece chicken, fries and drink cost 12€. I am unsure if this is normal Spanish/European prices. really pricey. Friend tried to order a basic chicken burger meal, but it came to 18€ after the system randomly added ice cream and other unwanted bits to their meal.

Positive: service was quick

Summary: This was one of the worst KFCs I've ever had. KFC clearly have no interest in resolving this because the reviews are consistently bad, and nothing has been done about this branch

If KFC just made a better effort to take on board the several other reviews here instead of asking us to email you, these problems might have been...

So basically it was one of my worst experience with KFC restaurants. I don't even know where to start. Maybe it's good to start from the good things because there is not a lot of them. We ordered simple chicken burger some hot wings, strips, ice cream and fries. The best thing was the cup of ice cream which was pretty tasty. After that we can move on to the fries which also were not that bad, which I did not expect. The thing that also should be noticed is the ketchup dispenser where you can take whenever you want how much you want of some really good ketchup. However that can't be too good because it cause some problems with the terminal you order from as you can't buy ketchup there and it shows an error. And that's all for the good's. Now for the bad's we have really basic burger but that is what I expected while buying it for that price but anyway it was even too basic and too not-tasty experience with it. Next we have strips and hot wings. Strips were like gum and more looked like paper than meat but even on top of that were better than hot wings which taste so awful and smell like some kind of rotten chicken. They were also really small but that's actually a good thing if we consider that taste. Ps. 1 and I forgot that we got fork for ice cream instead of spoon. Ps. 2 and the tables were also kinda dirty (most of them) Definitely not...
