Avoid This Burger King at All Costs – Food Poisoning and Awful Service!

I had a terrible experience here. I ordered the Long Chicken (known as the Chicken Royale in the UK) at around 10am. By 1am that night, I was violently ill with vomiting – this was the only thing I had eaten that day, so I am certain it was caused by this meal. Absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the service was appalling. One woman, who appeared to be in charge, was openly rude – rolling her eyes and speaking disrespectfully to customers, including an 11-year-old child who politely explained that his burger was incorrect. Meanwhile, one poor staff member was clearly overwhelmed taking all the orders alone, yet remained polite and helpful throughout. It was uncomfortable watching him get no support from his coworker, who seemed to be actively slowing things down and making the situation worse. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be made up but so were the ten or so people who were served before me.

Lastly there is so much bird faeces around the seating area as the birds come in through the door and windows…

All around, a terrible experience. Poor hygiene, bad service, and absolutely no professionalism. I won’t be returning – and I’d strongly recommend...

Had an awful experience here on Thursday lunch time travelling back to uk. We went in for drinks and food. Lady serving was lovely. Took food back to our table and accidentally spilt a whole cup of coke. Went back to till and told them and they told me the cleaner was around the back. I went looking and couldn’t find her, went back to till and they then shouted a lady over ( I presume the cleaner) black trousers and top late 40’s. She started waving her hands at me saying something angrily in Spanish. I stood there shocked. She came back with mop and bucket shaking her head at me, she mopped up all the time muttering in Spanish and shaking her head. When she finished I still said Thankyou and she totally ignored me and walked off. I have worked in retail many years and never once have I ever treated a customer like this. I don’t know how she has a job if this is how she reacts when someone spills something. Safe to say we won’t visit again when coming back...

Always get a KFC from this airport when travelling back home numerous times a year with family 10+ of us every time, spending 15 euro plus in food per person to eat in KFC, always fresh food. Today we experienced the most rudest person ever working I'm KFC (Naha) she must be new maybe she needs the correct training in customer care and how to deal with customers. While giving my order and numerous family members before and after me in the que found her very very rude. I have never met a ruder person, putting her hand up to me while I was giving my order and rolled her eyes, she had no interest in interaction with customers, I will now be eating in Burger King instead when me, family and friends are travelling from lanzarote airport.
