Texas Longhorn — Local services in Stockholm

Great location. Bad service.

They had a couple of free tables and a bunch of staff standing around doing nothing. We spoke to 2 of their staff and aparently neither could sit us. Finally, after a bit, someone came and helped. Unfortunately the order was wrong, and when we later asked for water we got completely ignored, maybe she forgot, but let me reiterate, they staff outside were not busy at all. Finally, the "check" gets dropped on us at closing time with no opportunity for a last order, and litteraly no words whatsoever. I have much higher expectations from Stockholm's service, becausd generally the standard is really high.

One of the worst experience I have ever had yet. The food was terrible, I dont know if the quality of Texas Longhorn is normally like this, but I do know what quality is. Its like going to a restaurant were the chef and the staff just left McDonalds to join Texas Longhorn. However, on top of that, the staff was so unprofessional, they just argued with me with poor English and Swedish. I love the franchise! This one in specific is TERRIBLE!!! Geographically could be one the best Longhorn in Stockholm since that shore in front of it is wonderful. But it is such a deception the quality of the food that I'm never coming back here. Which is a pity since it's the one closest to my place. I suggest you know the brand from the one in Gamla Stan.
