IKEA Uddevalla — Local services in Uddevalla kommun

This store basicly has only self checkouts (two normal ones wasn't in use and they didn't want to open them up). I never use those the self ones. So that became a problem. It's not my job to check myself out. It also takes 3 times as long because I have to click though every menu or search items if they won't click in. This is a huge waste of time. I sat all my stuff in the middle of the floor and walked out. That just pissed me off. It's lazy from IKEA. And some might say that's childish, but I really don't care. It's really messed up to not have any option for people who don't like or use the self checkouts. Never going back there again. And if this is the future then I'll just stand there and tell the people who work there to do it for me. Yes, I'm that petty. Again, it's not my job to do they're job. You just have to LOVE IKEA! Its the same as in Leeds UK, but still so very different as this one is over 2 floors I think it works better as if you dont want furnitures you just go straight in on groundfloor entrence. IKEA is IKEA... Great price and quality furniture, very nice prices in the restaurant and you test (evolve?) your intelligence and patience when trying to put the pieces together. ;) Just love it!
