Be extremely cautious of this place if sending/receiving packets! I have waited for a packet for 2 weeks and have come to the place 5 times and they have each time done nothing to find packet, even though it has been confirmed by delivery service that it is there. I seriously believe they wanted to steal the package and that’s why they took no action to ‘find it’. I had to talk then to sender twice and DBschenker also twice (2 long telephone conversations) and then they called me from this shop to say they found the packet. The packet was opened! They claimed it fell into a trash can - gross negligence of their job and responsibility. It seems also they don’t empty trash cans for 2 weeks either. The person I talked to was extremely unprofessional and unkind. In general, all people working there are extremely unprofessional and took NO action to find my packet which was on...
