Although there is parking on the higher alp, which means there's no need to use this lift, it is a lovely cable car ride and works well using public transport. The bus stop is right in front and there are multiple options to take for connections using the trains.
The cable car runs every half hour but if there are ten people waiting to go, they'll do an extra ride. Check to see the timings as you plan your visit.
The Seebodenalp is a really lovely Alp with real life farmers and in summer, many herds of cows grazing. They've made it an attractive place to go with children too. The walks range from easy to challenging and it's easily adapted to how you feel. (Short cuts and return points.)
