We had a fantastic lunch during autumn at Gasthaus Adler after a hike at Rigi. The restaurant specializes in seasonal products as well as regional dishes. We had a vegetarian game platter, consisting of Spätzle with chanterelle sauce, caramel glaced maroni, red cabbage, grilled romanesco broccoli and pear with lingonberry sauce - highly recommended and very delicious! Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch die Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend und beraten aktiv! Ambiente sehr Wir konnten uns bei dieser tollen Karte nicht entscheiden - Aufmerksam hat uns der Wirt ein kleines Degustations-Menü vorgeschlagen was sie sonst so nicht mehr anbieten (damit wir auch alles verköstigen konnten was wir wollten :-)) Genial Brasato Ravioli, Zuger Röteli und ein Reh Mirza mit feinen Beilagen sowie eine Weinbegleitung.
